Candle Care Tips for Soy Wax Candles

Trim the wick: Before each use, trim the wick to about 1/4 inch to prevent excessive smoking and ensure a clean, even burn.

Allow for a full pool: During the initial burn, ensure that the melted wax reaches the edges of the container to prevent tunneling.

Burn safely: Always burn your candle on a stable and heat-resistant surface, avoid drafts, keep away from children and pets, and never leave your candle unattended.

Burn Time: Limit each burn session to no more than 4 hours. Extinguish the candle if the wax pool becomes too deep or if the flame becomes too high.

Extinguish Safely: Use a candle snuffer or gently blow out the flame to extinguish the candle. Avoid blowing directly onto the candle, as this can cause hot wax to splatter.

Store Properly: Store your soy wax candles in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat sources.

Repurpose Containers: Once your soy wax candle has burned down, consider repurposing the container for other uses such as storing small items or planting small succulents. Clean out any remaining wax and wick residue before reuse.

By following these simple candle care tips, you can enjoy the long-lasting fragrance and ambiance of your soy wax candles while ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience.
