Our Story
Hi, I'm Mallika - the brains (and heart) behind Flakes and Flames. I started this company with my husband, Kevin, out of our shared love for scented candles and the beautiful ambience it always creates in our home. Be it a quiet date night in, movie marathons, getting lost in a good book, hosting guests, or even cooking - lighting a scented candle has become a ritual for us!
As we dove deeper into the world of home fragrances, we decided to extend our product line to include room sprays, car & reed diffusers — all made in small batches with intention and care. All our products are made from clean and sustainable ingredients like 100% soy wax and non-toxic fragrance oils free from phthalates & parabens which are safe for use around kids & pets.
